Cytech Intersearch will resettle and stabilise our employee prior to employment, managing all human resource related issues, personal and family issues.
Prior to arriving in Australia
Once you have signed and accepted an offer of employment to work as an employee for Cytech Intersearch, the relocation process to bring you and your family to Australia begins. Upon receipt of your signed Employment Agreement and Expense Policy, you will be contacted by your dedicated Relocation Consultant who will be responsible for your Visa and/or Registration arrangements, travel arrangements, accommodation arrangements and much more.
On arrival in Australia
Airport rendezvous
Upon arriving in Australia, you and your family will be met at the airport. In most cases you will be met by your Relocation Consultant, however, when it is not possible for your Relocation Consultant to meet with you, a driver will be there to collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation.
Orientation & client introduction
After you have arrived in Australia (and had time to recover from your jetlag), your Relocation Consultant will spend time with you in order to complete all the necessary outstanding paperwork, open an Australian bank account, apply for a tax file number, activate your medical insurance, sign a rental lease, set up an apartment, introduce you to the Client you will be working with, familiarise you with the surrounding area, and answer any questions you may have. During this time, your Relocation Consultant will make every effort to answer your questions or provide further information where necessary. This process will take up to three days to complete in which you will be required to be available at all times. This is an important stage of settling into your new environment and therefore it is imperative that you are focused on all aspects of this relocation service over the three days.
